Our diagnostic method

We test the whole chain, in order: fibre wall outlet (PTO) and patch cord, box/ONT (sync status, error logs), indoor cabling, then WiFi (interference, saturated channels — common in Nice and Cannes apartment buildings). Within 30–60 minutes we know where the problem is, with numbers to back it up.

If the cause is on your side, we usually fix it on the spot (new patch cord, cabling repair, WiFi overhaul). If it's on the operator's network, you get a written report: dates, measurements, photos — enough to finally get a real intervention.

In apartment buildings: patch cords crushed in shared ducts, outlets ripped out by other operators' technicians, WiFi drowned by 30 neighbouring networks. How much does the diagnosis cost?

Can you repair the fibre yourselves?

Everything on your side of the wall outlet, yes: patch cord, client-side outlet, cabling, box, WiFi. The public network (street, landing) belongs to the operator — in that case our technical report lets you demand their intervention effectively.

My WiFi is slow but the wired connection is fine — what now?

That's the most common case: the fibre is good, the WiFi distribution isn't. We prove it with measurements then propose the right fix (repositioning, mesh, wired access points) — often installable the same day.

Do you handle emergencies?
