What is your rate?
€95/h for home visits, travel included along the coast (Nice, Cannes, Antibes and surroundings). Fixed packages for common jobs (full clean-up, SSD upgrade, backup setup). The price is always announced before we start.
Do you provide remote support?
Yes, for many software issues: it's faster and cheaper. If the problem needs a physical visit, we come within 24–48h.
Can you recover lost data?
Often, yes: accidental deletion, drives in early failure. We give an honest assessment; for severe cases (dead drives) we refer you to a specialist lab rather than make things worse.
Do you offer business contracts?
Yes: monthly or quarterly preventive maintenance, backup monitoring, priority support. Quoted per workstation — almost always cheaper than a single day of downtime.
Do you sell hardware?
We supply and install what's needed (SSDs, NAS, routers, PCs on request) at market prices, with an invoice. You're free to buy your own — we'll happily install it too.
