Data we collect

Through our forms we only collect: name, phone number, email (optional), town and a description of your need. This data is used exclusively to answer your quote or call-back request. It is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Legal basis and retention

Processing is based on your consent (checkbox) and pre-contractual measures (article 6.1.b GDPR). Requests are kept for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact, then deleted.

Analytics

With your consent (banner), we use Google Analytics to measure site audience and campaign effectiveness. You can decline with no impact on your browsing.
