Data we collect

Through our forms we only collect: name, phone number, email (optional), town and a description of your need. This data is used exclusively to answer your quote or call-back request. It is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Legal basis and retention

Processing is based on your consent (checkbox) and pre-contractual measures (article 6.1.b GDPR). Requests are kept for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact, then deleted.

Business-to-business prospecting

We may contact businesses whose activity relates to our services (property managers, real estate agencies, guest houses, etc.) by email or phone, using only business contact details they have published themselves or that appear in public sources (website, legal notice, business directories, tourist offices, French company registers). This processing is based on our legitimate interest (article 6.1.f GDPR) and French B2B prospecting rules. We use software tools, including AI services, some of which may be located outside the EU; every message is reviewed by a person before sending. Data is kept for at most 3 years after our last exchange. You can object at any time by replying "STOP" or writing to contact@azurwifi.fr; we then keep only your address on a suppression list.

Analytics

With your consent (banner), we use Google Analytics to measure site audience and campaign effectiveness. You can decline with no impact on your browsing.
